Lucie Koldová (*1983) is a Czech designer of international renown. After graduating from the University of Applied Arts in Prague, she moved to Paris in 2009, where she quickly built an international clientele.

Her clean and charismatic work focuses on furniture, glass objects, timeless lighting collections and “objects of desire”. She has already created two jewelry collections for MOOYYY. The SENSO collection, which combines the author’s minimalism and elegance with spiritual yoga symbolism, and FROZEN, inspired by an icy landscape whose contrasting matte and clear materials give the collection a futuristic character.

Lucie Koldová is the recipient of several awards from the Czech edition of Elle Decoration and a two-time absolute Grand winner of the Czech Grand Design. She has exhibited her works in the Czech Republic and around the world, for example in New York, Tokyo and London.

Lucie Koldová's work stands out for its traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail. She enjoys combining glass with other noble materials and tries to push the limits of their proportional possibilities, achieving completely new objects with remarkable simplicity and elegance.

Glass as a characteristic material for Lucie Koldová in the Frozen collection is combined with sterling silver, a traditional material of the goldsmith's craft. The minimalist form is inconspicuous and clean, but it also arouses interest in the emotions of the surroundings. Collection inspired by natural motiv of smooth branching, mirroring and hidden symbolism, is made of noble metals with a soft detail of Rudraksha seed. Natural structured seed containing energy is contrasting with a cold metal. Fluid smoothness and purity gives the jewelry bright, balanced expression, which supports stability and peace.
