This jewel from Tasia collection is designed by a Balinese designer named Tasia Prataya. It is made on Bali, Indonesia, with Australian opal. All the used materials have meaning and give a positive message to the one who wears the jewelry and fixes it on the chosen path. The BANDA bracelet is dedicated to the desire for DECISION.
Even though most of the opal stones must be soaked in water from time to time, it is very important NOT TO SOAK opal beads. Thanks to small threading hole, the opal beads have disrupted structure and as soon they suck the water up, it loses its opalization – i. e. becomes transparent or change its color. Make sure to keep opal away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures or rapid temperature changes. Opal is also fragile and soft (5.5. – 6.5. Mohs scale), so it is better to put the bracelet aside before any manual work.
